2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Ketchup
6 Pork Chops, trimmed

2. In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.

3. Place pork chops in a medium baking dish, and spread with half the sauce.

4. Bake the pork chops for 30 minutes. Turn, and spread with remaining sauce. Continue baking for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature of the chops has reached 160 degrees F.

**Sorry, I don't have a picture for this, but trust me, they are delicious. I have also used pork ribs in place of the chops - equally as delicious**

A: Have you ever tried this with chicken? I don't do pork chops, but I can handle chicken...perhaps I'll give it a go.

Alisa, I was wondering the same thing... not because I don't do pork, but because I usually do chicken. Let me know how it goes.

I have not done this with Chicken, but it does sound like a good substitute. You may just need to adjust the time in the oven.

Hi Miss D. I didn't know you had a blog- I love cooking blogs and new recipes. I'm actually making the chicken one tonight. I'm trying that bitter lemon mixer drink instead of the soda and adding some ginger. i'll let you know how it tastes.
