Good crap, where have you been all my life! This is a must-try for everyone. I love sweet potatoes, but the garlic-herb (35 calories anyone?) addition hits it out of the park.

Wondering... is Laughing Cow (which I'm well aware of but always avoided for some reason) a form of cream cheese?
No. It's creamy like a soft cheese, but not cream cheese. It doesn't taste anywhere near cream cheese. Is your aversion based on taste or texture?
Ummm... definitely don't like cream cheese because of taste, because I like brie, which has that smooth texture. Maybe I'll be brave, since I do love me some sweet potato! :)
